2. Ordering and sale conditions

Placing an order: Submitting the order form constitutes a request for us to contact you. A contract of sale is formed only when an operator confirms the order by telephone and the order is dispatched.

Pricing: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at the time of your confirmed order is the price you will pay.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery, in cash or by card to the courier. No payment is collected online or in advance.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by informing the operator during the confirmation call or by contacting us by email.
